Parent & Tot
45 Minutes
For toddlers ages 21 months - 3 years old, with a participating adult. Workouts include pre-gymnastics and gross motor skills, using parents for balance and encouragement. An excellent start to gymnastics, or any other sport. Full parent participation is required.
Tiny Tumblers 3s & 4s
55 minutes
For 3 and 4 years old. Classes are specifically
designed for athletic readiness. Movement education and perpetual motor
activities with selected gymnastics skills. Students learn basic balance and
coordination skills, along with correct body positions on all equipment. Previous experience not required. Classes are co-ed.
KinderGym 5s & 6s
55 minutes
For 5 and 6 year olds. These classes are designed to provide experiences
in basic gymnastics on all apparatus with some time spent on special activities.
Students learn how to properly stretch & warm up. Light conditioning included for strength. Previous experience not required. Classes are co-ed.
Girls Progressive
1 hour 25 minutes
Instructional classes for girls ages 7 & up. Gymnastics basics and correct
body positioning on all apparatus (bars, beam, vault, floor, and tumble trak). Warm ups, Strength training, and Flexibility incorporated.
Prior experience not required.
Boys Progressive
1 hour 25 minutes
Ages 7 and up. Designed to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination
while working on basic skills on all of the apparatus. An excellent precurser to any sport. Prior experience not
required.
Hot Shots / Top Guns
2 hours
Our Hot Shots & Top Guns classes are for selected gymnasts who
have a sound gymnastics background and advanced skill ability. They have shown superior
talent, willingness to learn, and dedication. We do expect our Hot Shots
and Top Guns girls to be at most practices on time, be ready to work, and
to continue their mindset while not in the gym, with balanced diets, and
extra conditioning. Top Guns are required to attend 2 classes per week.
**Instructor recommendation is mandatory**
Tumbling
1 hour
Emphasis on tumbling skills for incorporation into cheer routines.
Also includes jumps and trampoline skills. Development of walkovers,
handsprings, and running tumbling. Bars, beam, and vault not included in this class.
**Advanced Tumbling requires Instructor

Acro-Dance
1 hour
Ages 6 & up. This class is designed to complement the strength and skills learned in our gymnastics classes. It focuses on dance elements, as well as choreography, for floor and beam routines.
Open Gym
1 hour
Students can work on skills of their choice in a safe, and supervised
environment. Open gym is not set up as an organized class.
Parents Night Out
3 hours
Extended open gym during "date night" hours so parents can have an evening for themselves. Students can work on skills of their choice in a safe, and supervised environment. Open gym is not set up as an organized class.
Home School
1 hour 25 minutes
Progressive class for girls and boys Ages 6 and up. Special time slots geared towards providing gymnastics as the student's physical activity education. Basics and correct body positioning on all apparatus. Warm ups, Strength training and Flexiblity incorporated. Prior experience not required.
Overnights
A chance for your child to come and sleep at the gym, incorporating all of
the gymnastics of a class, and all of the fun of a slumber party! Overnights
are run by one or more coaches, depending on enrollment, and include
gymnastics, dinner, a movie (G or PG of course), and breakfast. Have
you ever seen a fort made out of gymnastics mats?
Ever wish you could have just 2 hours to have dinner, or go shopping? This is the answer. Drop and Shop camps are set up to keep your children entertained with gymnastics, other activities, and a snack, while you get the necessary alone time to keep your sanity.
