Donna, Owner

Donna has coached gymnastics for over 25 years. She has coached students from beginners, all the way up to the Elite International Level. She strives for her excellence in her gym, and in her coaches. She provides an environment that promotes sound gymnastics techniques, safety, and FUN!

Diana

Diana is an accomplished gymnast as a former Champion on the Romanian National Team. She is also an extremely talented dancer and choreographer. Need new moves? Diana has them for you!

Katy

Katy is well accomplished in gymnastics (competed up to Level 8!!) and diving (Holds records at Varsity at Romeo High School). She also plays soccer, does yoga, canoes, and mountain bikes. If you aren't in shape now, you will be as soon as she gets done with you!

Ashley

Ashley has been very athletic all of her life.  She was an all-star cheerleader and national champion.   She was also in roller hockey, snowboarding, and was a semi-pro dancer.  She is great with kids and teaching.  She has a great ability to get the best out of her students in a fun and safe environment.

Kristin

Kristin was a gymnast for 12 years at Bay Valley gymnastics, competing up to Level 9.  She was also on the mid-American pom-pon all-star team for 2 years.  Kristin is an amazing coach, with the patience for our younger gymnasts, as well as the experience to explain, and spot, more advanced skills.

Jaclyn

Jaclyn is our newest resident office girl.  She is super athletic with a background in gymnastics, tennis, softball, and 14 years of ice hockey.  She has played AAA & college hockey.

She is smiley & friendly, and will help you with all of your registration and retail needs.

Cathy

Cathy, a professional entertainer and clown, keeps your kids interested and keeps them learning!  She has a bachelors degree in dance, and certifications in performing arts.  Her clown name is Twinkles, and she is a master at making balloon animals.

Shawn

Shawn, who is our expert cheerleader, can teach you all of the tumbling, stunts, and jumps you want. He was a star cheerleader at West Virginia University, and now teaches many of the cheer squads in the Metro Detroit area.

Serene

Serene keeps things running smoothly in the office.  She is in charge of scheduling, designing post cards and the web site, and keeping you happy!

She has a background in gymnastics, starting in tiny tots, all the way through high school. 

She also plays hockey at the Detroit Skate Club.
