Xcel Team

INSTRUCTOR RECOMMENDATION REQUIRED.  Our Xcel team is for selected gymnasts who have a sound gymnastics background and advanced skill ability. They have shown superior talent, willingness to learn, and dedication.  We do expect our Xcel team girls to be at practices on time, be ready to work, and to continue their mindset while not in the gym, with balanced diets, and extra conditioning. Xcel team girls are expected to attend all practices and will be expected to have exemplory attitudes, respect, commitment, and listening skills. Our Xcel Team girls will be required to participate in competitions.
