Parent & Tot
45 Minutes
For toddlers ages 21 months - 3 years old, with a participating adult. Workouts include pre-gymnastics and gross motor skills, using parents for balance and encouragement.  An excellent start to gymnastics, or any other sport.  Full parent participation is required.

 

Tiny Tumblers 3s & 4s 
50 minutes
For 3 & 4 years old. Classes are specifically designed for athletic readiness. Movement education and motor activities with selected gymnastics skills. Students learn basic balance and coordination skills while having fun, along with correct body positions on all equipment.  Previous experience not required. Classes are co-ed.

KinderGym 5s & 6s 
50 minutes
For 5 & 6 year olds. These classes are designed to provide fun experiences in basic gymnastics on all apparatus with some time spent on special activities. Students learn how to properly stretch & warm up. Light conditioning in the way of games or foam pit playtime. Previous experience not required.  Classes are co-ed.

Gymmies 50 minutes For 3-6 year olds. Offered mainly in the summer, these classes are the same as the Tiny Tumblers and Kindergym classes, with combined ages for parent convenience.

 

Sparklers (Advanced KinderGym)
1 hour 20 minutes
INSTRUCTOR RECOMMENDATION REQUIRED.  For 3 - 6 year olds who have shown significant skill levels for their age.  Students are encouraged and challenged to try advanced skills . Classes are co-ed.

Girls Progressive 
1 hour 20 minutes
Instructional classes for girls ages 7 & up. Gymnastics basics and correct body positioning on all apparatus:  bars, beam, vault, floor, and tumble trak. Warm ups, Strength training, and Flexibility incorporated. Prior experience not required. 

Boys Progressive
1 hour 20 minutes
Ages 7 & up. Designed to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination while working on basic skills on all of the apparatus.  An excellent precurser to any sport. Prior experience not required.  Boys classes include training on the following apparatus:  floor, vault, parallel bars, rings, and tumble trak. 

 

Advanced Boys Progressive
1 hour 50 minutes
INSTRUCTOR RECOMMENDATION REQUIRED.  Ages 7 & up.  Students who have surpassed the skills learned in the boys progressive classes will be asked to join our advanced class.  Designed to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination while working on basic skills on all of the apparatus.  An excellent precurser to any sport.  Students will be expected to have exemplory attitudes, respect, commitment, and listening skills. 

Fire Crackers
1 hour 50 minutes

INSTRUCTOR RECOMMENDATION REQUIRED.  Our Fire Crackers classes are for selected gymnasts who have a sound gymnastics background and advanced skill ability. They have shown superior talent, willingness to learn, and dedication.  We do expect our Fire Crackers to be at practices on time, be ready to work, and to continue their mindset while not in the gym, with balanced diets, and extra conditioning. Students will be expected to have exemplory attitudes, respect, commitment, and listening skills. Fire Crackers students are honing their skills in order to try out for the Sky Rockets, which do participate in competitions


Sky Rockets
1 hour 50 minutes
INSTRUCTOR RECOMMENDATION REQUIRED.  Our Sky Rockets classes are for selected gymnasts who have a sound gymnastics background and advanced skill ability. They have shown superior talent, willingness to learn, and dedication.  We do expect our Sky Rockets to be at practices on time, be ready to work, and to continue their mindset while not in the gym, with balanced diets, and extra conditioning. Sky Rockets are expected to attend all practices and will be expected to have exemplory attitudes, respect, commitment, and listening skills. Our Sky Rockets will be required to participate in the competitions that the coach chooses.

Tumbling & Trampoline
50 minutes
Ages 7 & up. Emphasis on tumbling skills for incorporation into cheer routines. Also includes jumps and trampoline skills. Development of walkovers, handsprings, and running tumbling. Bars, beam, and vault not included in this class. 

 

Cheernastics
50 minutes

Gymnastics skills for cheerleading:  Jumps, stunting, cheers, standing acrobatics, and running tumbling. 

Open Gym
Ages 6 & up
1 hour

Students can work on skills of their choice in a safe, and supervised environment.  Open gym is not set up as an organized class, but it is supervised.


Home School Gymnastics & Tumbling - Ages 5 & up
Get your gym requirements and have a great time!

Gymnastics:  1 hour 20 minutes.  Instructional classes for girls ages 7 & up. Gymnastics basics and correct body positioning on all apparatus:  bars, beam, vault, floor, and tumble trak. Warm ups, Strength training, and Flexibility incorporated. Prior experience not required.

Tumbling:  55 minutes.  Tumbling skills for incorporation into cheer routines. Also includes jumps and trampoline skills. Development of walkovers, handsprings, and running tumbling. Bars, beam, and vault not included in this class. 

 

Drop & Shop Camp
2-4 hours

Ever wish you could have just 2 hours to have dinner, or go shopping?  This is the answer.  Drop and Shop camps are set up to keep your children entertained with gymnastics, other activities, and a snack, while you get the necessary alone time to keep your sanity.


Private Lessons
1/2 hour & up 

Do you need to get your back handspring for cheer tryouts?  Have you been working hard on an event or a skill and you just need some extra coaching?  Private lessons can be provided by any participating instructors at Bloomfield Gymnastics.  If you don't know our coaches, please give us a call and let us know what you are working on.  We would be happy to connect you with an appropriate coach matching your coaching requirements.
